Negotiations represent a key factor for a company's success. Many decisions in purchasing, sales, HR, M&A or management are the result of negotiations. Nevertheless, the management task is not being understood in many companies yet. Negotiation research has developed many tools, instruments and processes which can be used by companies to optimize their negotiation results.
With the MBA Negotiation Management at the University of Potsdam, we are offering for the first time a challenging interdisciplinary study course, which makes the various methods and perspectives of negotiation research available to executives. Based on a business-oriented understanding of management processes and leadership tasks, the participants learn to manage effectively and efficiently complex negotiation situations through theoretical reflection, practical training sessions and qualified feedback from negotiation experts.
