This 90 minute workshop has been designed for managers, faculty and students who want to explore how to implement a form of problem solving, leadership development and knowledge management called „transformative action learning.“

During this interactive workshop, Prof. Robert Kramer will demonstrate how transformative action learning can turn urgent problems or challenges into actions, new ideas and creative thinking.

Robert Kramer, PhD, holds the International Chair of Public Leadership at the National University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. He received his PhD from the George Washington University School of Business & Public Management. Robert Kramer has been a leadership consultant working on identity-based leader development, psychodynamic issues and organizational change with organizations like Boeing; Pfizer; the European Commission in Brussels and Luxembourg; the European Environmental Agency in Copenhagen; many agencies of the US Government (including the intelligence community); the World Bank; the Prime Minister’s Office in Estonia; and the City of Alexandria, VA.

The workshop will be held in English language.
