Transformative Action Learning - Workshop with Robert Kramer - 16/03/2016

On Wednesday 16 March 2016, Prof. Robert Kramer (International Chair of Public Leadership, National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary) held a workshop on transformative action learning within the framework of WIPCAD and the Master of Public Management (MPM). 20 MPM students and young researchers participated at the live transformative action learning session. Robert Kramer invited workshop participants to question their own mindsets as well as the basic taken-for-granted assumptions applying a case demonstration in a "fishbowl" format.

Robert Kramer, PhD, holds the International Chair of Public Leadership at the National University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. He received his PhD from the George Washington University School of Business & Public Management. Robert Kramer has been a leadership consultant working on identity-based leader development, psychodynamic issues and organizational change with organizations like Boeing; Pfizer; the European Commission in Brussels and Luxembourg; the European Environmental Agency in Copenhagen; many agencies of the US Government (including the intelligence community); the World Bank; the Prime Minister’s Office in Estonia; and the City of Alexandria, VA.
