Curriculum Design

In order to meet the requirements of a public sector that is facing increasingly complex organizational problems and policy changes, the program equips its participants with both solid theoretical knowledge and a broad range of practical skills. Students may choose elective courses from among four specialization areas: Management in Public Administration, Global Public Policy, Sustainability & Environmental Governance, and Digitalization & Public Policy.

The academic curriculum is complemented by practical insights into the work of experts and professionals through a number of extracurricular activities. Within one year, the MPM and its unique set-up are able to meet the demand for appropriately trained, managerial staff. The majority of the program's Alumni hold executive positions in ministries, local governments and NGO's.
