The “Grow UP - BWL und mehr” project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the IQ - Integration through Qualification funding program and is administered by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. No, you don't need to.
Lessons take place from Monday to Friday as a combination of face-to-face and online teaching, for example 3 days of face-to-face teaching at the University of Potsdam and 2 days of online teaching in one week. The distribution of face-to-face and online days depends on the dates agreed with the lecturers. You will receive a monthly timetable with all the information.

If you fail the exam, you can repeat the exam. However, it rarely happens that someone has to repeat an exam. There is no big final exam.

No! The qualification allows you to refresh your knowledge and build up your network (through other participants, the lecturers, the project team). This will increase your chances of finding a suitable job with the right qualifications. We are happy to support you on your way into the job market through our mentoring program and existing company contacts.
Yes, that is possible. You do not sign a contract with us, so you can leave the qualification. There are also no costs. Our aim is to support all participants in finding a suitable job. If you find one during the course, we will of course be delighted for you. If you wish to leave the training course early, please contact us (the project team). We will then look together at what happens next.
