UP Transfer GmbH at the University of Potsdam is offering a new continuing education Master's degree course in “Demography-oriented Sport and Health Management”. This is expected to start in the winter semester 2025/2026*!
The continuing education Master's degree course focuses on the professionalization and qualification of specialists and managers who will be responsible for shaping demographic change in and with their organizations in the future. As part of the part-time Master's course, students acquire basic business knowledge as well as knowledge of industry-specific methods and approaches, such as specific management skills.

The continuing education course is aimed in particular at working people, students with professional experience and people with family responsibilities.
The aim of the course is to enable graduates to actively shape management and leadership tasks in organizations in the sports and health sector against the backdrop of demographic change. In addition, students are qualified to work in business and organizational consultancies, municipal and state administrations, clubs and associations and company founders.

* The university degree or professional activity must have sufficient content-related connections to the Master's degree course in “Demography-oriented Sport and Health Management”, in particular knowledge and skills that are conducive to studying the course (e.g. experience in the field of business administration, organizations in sport or healthcare).
