The IQ - Integration through Qualification funding program aims to sustainably improve the labour market integration of adults of foreign origin. The “Grow UP - BWL und mehr” project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the IQ - Integration through Qualification funding program and is administered by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. Partners in the implementation are the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Federal Employment Agency.

The funding of the project ends in December 2025. Due to the high number of interested parties, we will be able to offer an additional shortened qualification from July 7, 2025. The requirements and the course of the qualification will remain the same, but unfortunately we will only be able to focus on the specialist modules. The interdisciplinary modules for the development of key qualifications will unfortunately have to be dropped. The 4-week mentoring program will also not be offered as part of the shortened qualification. Of course, all participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the qualification. All further information on the shortened qualification and the application process can be found below on our website.
Our shortened and last qualification from July 07, 2025 is full. We have set up a waiting list for further interested parties. If participants cancel their participation, we will inform those on the waiting list (as of march 11, 2025.

UP Transfer GmbH at the University of Potsdam offers a qualification in business administration "Grow UP - BWL und mehr" for people of foreign origin as part of the IQ network.
If you have a university degree from your country of origin and still can't find a job or don't have the confidence to apply, you've come to the right place! We appreciate your interest in continuing your education and would like to support you.
In our qualification, you will refresh your knowledge from your studies or your professional experience so that you can apply it again with confidence. You will also learn the theoretical basics of the German economic system. You can then combine this with your knowledge and experience.
Our courses (only round 5) also take you into areas such as conflict management, intercultural communication or digitalization, which undoubtedly belong in today's multicultural job market.
