Executive Training for Thai Government Officials

For the fifteenth time, the UP Transfer GmbH organised the two-week seminar “Leadership & Change” for government officials from Thailand which took place from June 11th to 22nd, 2018. The seminar series has been going on since 2007 and is a cooperation of UP Transfer GmbH Executive Education – Public Policy & Management and the Thai Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC). The seminar program includes workshops and lectures, e.g. on the following topics: public sector reform and Good Governance, performance management, leadership, human resource and negotiation management, and change management. The group also visited the Bundesrat, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry of Finance of the Land Brandenburg.
