In our coaching, we are not committed to any particular "school" of thought, but utilize a solid background in the systemic and constructivist approach, and in solution-driven coaching. Coaching is not just about "downloading" a set of standard solutions to problems and providing "more of the same", but rather about an individually adapted "more of others". In the coaching process, we use questioning techniques, role-play, visualization, as well as a range of creative and imaginative interventions. We continuously develop our toolkit by attending training seminars, and monitor our own performance by reflecting on regular feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
